According to the new texts the change of the designation of agricultural land will be carried out after the entry into force of a Detailed Development Plan (DDP) providing for the construction of a renewable energy production facility and the issuance of a certificate by the Minister of Agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The <\/strong><strong>amended<\/strong><strong> bill seeks to make the change of land use conditional<\/strong> on the entry into force of the land use plan (DDP), until the objectives set out in the Integrated Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria (NPEC) are reached. It also <strong>introduces a requirement for an opinion <\/strong><strong>issued by<\/strong><strong> the Minister of Energy to establish the necessity of the construction of each investment project <\/strong>to achieve the national target in the NPEC.
