The Handbook has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Article 7(2)(16) of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (RESA) and is aimed at municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria to provide practical guidance and clarification on the procedures for the construction or reconstruction of energy sites and facilities for the production of energy from renewable sources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its main objective is to achieve a better understanding of the procedures by the authorities competent to apply them.
