Energy Storage Global Conference (ESGC)

The event is organised by EASE – the European Association for Storage of Energy, with the support of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, as a hybrid event at Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels, as well as online will be held on 11 – 13 October 2022.

The Energy Storage Global Conference offers the opportunity to industry, researchers, and policymakers to exchange views and debate key issues faced by the energy storage sector. The 3-day conference will also explore the extent to which energy storage can help avoid dependency on fossil fuels in order to balance the electricity system.

Representing the whole value chain of energy storage, each day will be dedicated to a specific topic: Policy, Market and Technology. For more information, please consult the preliminary programme.

Following the success of last year’s hybrid event, despite the complex context of the health crisis, the conference gathered more than 350 participants and over 100 speakers from 37 countries worldwide; this year, the Energy Storage Global Conference 2022 will attract over 500 top-level energy storage professionals and policymakers.
