The Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA) has published on its website a Manual of Procedures for the Construction or Reconstruction of Renewable Energy Sites and Facilities. The Handbook has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Article 7(2)(16) of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (RESA) and is aimed at municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria to provide practical guidance and clarification on the procedures for the construction or reconstruction of energy sites and facilities for the production of energy from renewable sources.
Its main objective is to achieve a better understanding of the procedures by the authorities competent to apply them. The purpose of the Manual is to facilitate municipalities in carrying out the administrative handling of the investment process for the construction of renewable energy installations.
APSTE took an active part in the working group for the preparation of the Handbook.
